Returns | Refunds | Cancellations 

 

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges based on change of mind.

We are unable to cancel your order once it has been dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch you must contact us immediately. 

If your item arrives to you damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and ship your items back within 5 days of delivery. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will organise a replacement of the same item or to the same value of the item. If this isn’t possible we will organise a full refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

 

Privacy Policy

Your personal information can only be accessed by myself and is never shared with third parties. The only exception to this is our shipping provider. 

Your card details are never given to or seen by us. We use a secure payment gateway and also offer PayPal for added buyer protection and peace of mind. 

 

 

Shipping Policy

We are happy to help if your order is late but we cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are missing after delivery. Our orders do not require signature on delivery, meaning it may be left at your address if safe to do so.

We recommend having your order sent to an alternative address or taken to your nearest Post Office if you will not be home at the time of delivery. We will not be responsible if in the unlikely event that your package goes missing after delivery, if this happens please contact Australia Post and lodge a report with your local Police.
